Oscar KO, Honorary Lecturer, Department of Architecture, HKU Partner & Principal Architect of Interval Architect
Oscar KO received his Master of Architecture degree from ColumbiaUniversity, New York and Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree fromUniversity of Michigan. He has worked in several European firms including JosepLluis Mateo Architects in Barcelona, David Chipperfield Architects in Berlinand Space Group Architects in Oslo, Norway. Work of his office, Interval Architects, has been award-winning andincludes Design for Asia Award (Merit Recognition), nomination for The 3rdChina Media Architecture Award (Best Architecture Award), Re-Thinking FutureAward (Honorable Mention) and a 2nd prize in Glass House Collection ’13competition. His offices’ work has alsobeen widely published and exhibited in exhibitions such as Milan Design Weekand Beijing Design Week.
